Seven million tulip bulbs, 32 hectares, and the most photographed garden in the world. FFGR Netherlands arranges private dawn access to Keukenhof before the crowds arrive — a different experience entirely.
Why Keukenhof Requires Private Timing
Keukenhof opens to the public at 8:00. By 10:00, over 10,000 visitors are on site. By noon, the garden is at capacity. FFGR Netherlands arranges private access for our clients from 07:00 — before the first public bus arrives. The difference is extraordinary: the tulip fields in silence, the reflecting pools still, the photographers and their tripods rather than the tour groups.
The FFGR Keukenhof Programme
- Private chauffeur from Amsterdam or Rotterdam (40 and 70 minutes respectively)
- 07:00 dawn access via private arrangement
- Expert horticulturist guide — learn the stories behind each variety
- Private photography session in the Oranjerie greenhouse
- Champagne breakfast in the Paviljoen Oranje
- Bulb purchase service and phytosanitary documentation for international clients
Keukenhof Season: When to Visit
Keukenhof opens in late March and closes at the end of May. Peak bloom for the classic Dutch tulip varieties (Darwin Hybrid and Triumph) is typically the last week of April. FFGR Netherlands recommends booking at least 6 weeks in advance for April visits. The garden's Bloemencorso flower parade, held in the last weekend of April, is a separate programme that FFGR can organise a private viewing route for.
Keukenhof at 07:00. The world's most beautiful garden, in silence. This is what we provide.
